2014 Fashion Trends:

The Monochrome look: Wearing just plain black and white outfits might seem dull but there were 4 key components that made this trend a success: Couture detail, intelligent design, geometrics, and patterns. With the right combinations of these 4, the outfits that came out with this look were a great success.

The Shard: The Shard is a piece of clothing with jewelry on it that you can wear on the top of any type of clothing. T-shirts, dresses, coats, you name it! It was a tremendous innovation and many made bold claims that this trend will change the way people wear jewelry.

The Cape: Ralph Lauren introduced the cape and the capelet during the fall season of this year. It was an instant hit. It comes in many styles and warm you up as well!

What to Expect in 2015:

Retro: There have been many retro outfits in the past, but 2015 will bring more of the 70s and history’s best outfits back to life.

Denim: Burberry and Gucci are planning to take the power of denim to the next level and introduce some outfits that are sure to get people talking. Early sneak-peak pictures show promising results.

No Make Up: Yes, no make up! The less is more effect will become more prominent next year as Hugo Boss, Dries Van Noten, and more will be focusing on minimum-effort designs and outfits.
